The sink is one of the central work centers in every kitchen. Therefore, invest in a good quality sink that will be comfortable to work at and complement your cooking style. First, consider whether the design of your new kitchen will include one or two sinks. The purpose of installing two sinks may be to accommodate two cooks, create a separate clean up or prep area, or a bar sink.
